Friday is a big day for Michelle Obama—she’s turning 50! She recently sat down with People Magazine to chat about the big 5-0 and it turns out she’s already tweaked her workout routine in light of the milestone.

“I’m seeing myself shift from weight-bearing stuff—even though that continues to be important—and the heavy cardio and running, to things like yoga that will keep me flexible,” she said. Her goal is to focus on balance and flexibility so she’s not “falling and breaking a hip one day.”
