Single or attached, here's a quick awesome playlist for a quick awesome workout

Whether you're single or coupled up, we have a surefire way to get pumped for Valentine's Day. Flywheel's Tribeca location in NYC is hosting a live deejay ride this Friday, at which megapopular DJ Cassidy—his résumé boasts Jay-Z and Beyoncé's wedding and President Obama's inaugural ball—will spin an expertly curated collection of amped-up tunes. (Not in NYC? The whole playlist will be featured in every Flywheel studio across the country that day.) The playlist kicks off with "Calling All Hearts," Cassidy's first single (featuring Robin Thicke and Jessie J) from his debut album, Paradise Royale, and we got an exclusive peek at a few other tracks:

14-Minute Valentine's Day Workout Playlist: Van Halen, "Jump"

Depeche Mode, "Just Can't Get Enough"

Lenny Kravitz, "Are You Gonna Go My Way"

Drake, "Started From the Bottom"

Fun, right? Pair this playlist with one of our 15-minute workouts for your sweatiest V Day yet.
